Faith Harris is a co-founder of the Virginia Council on Environmental Justice, a working group that generates annual reports on the state of environmental injustice in the state for the governor’s review. Harris also was serving as the Executive Director of Virginia Interfaith Power and Light, a spiritual/environmental nonprofit. The interview discusses the history of the VCEJ and later, Harris’s view on coal dust pollution as a spiritual concern.
